Ysanne Spevack aka The Conscious Cook looks after NYC's wellness, beauty and tech communities. She cooks for William Shatner, Patrick Dempsey, and Joshua Bell, as well as mindfulness events for The Path, Sharon Salzberg, and The Numinous.

Ysanne has had thirteen cookbooks published including 'The Ranch at Live Oak Cookbook' published by Rizzoli New York, and 'Fresh & Wild: A Real Food Adventure' commissioned by Whole Foods Market and published by HarperCollins.

Ysanne founded Conscious Constellation, a sensory immersive experience company. She is available to speak at your event, and for cooking demonstrations and classes, as well offering private chef services and catering for events. She is presenting a TED Talk in Spring 2017.

She'll create custom conscious strategies for you and your loved ones, so you can benefit from high vibrational and healthy ingredients on a daily basis in the comfort of your own home. Ysanne can support your journey into healthy, modern eating for wellness and beauty, from cooking classes to delivering delicious healthful food to your home.
